目的研究探讨基因扩增技术准确性的影响因素和控制措施,避免检测结果的假阴性或假阳性。方法从人、机、料、法、环五个方面分析基因扩增技术准确性的影响因素,提出管理控制要点。结果管理控制要点:人员、仪器设备、试剂耗材、检测方法和环境。结论严格做好PCR实验室的质量管理,才能有效提高PCR检测结果的准确性,提升国境卫生检疫PCR实验室的检测质量,为国境口岸卫生检疫技术执法提供强大的技术支撑。

Objective To study the influence factors and control measures of the accuracy of gene amplification technology, so as to avoid false negative or false positive results. Methods In five aspects of human, machine,material, method and ring, the factors affecting the accuracy of gene amplification technology were analyzed and the key points of management control were put forward. Results Management control points are personnel, equipment, reagents supplies, detection methods and environment. Conclusion Strictly carrying out the PCR laboratory quality management can effectively improve the accuracy of PCR detection results, enhance the PCR laboratory detection quality of the frontier health and quarantine and provide strong technical support for frontier health and quarantine.
