摘要
随着新发传染病疫情已在进入人类的视线,其对人群健康、社会稳定和经济发展都造成巨大的影响。全球各国均采取各类措施控制其发生、发展、蔓延。风险评估作为一种新兴的、现代化的、灵活的应对策略和方法,具有提前预警、应对得当、调整快速等特点。应逐步提升风险评估在防控新发传染病中的作用,树立风险意识,完善风险评估体系,健全中国特色口岸公共卫生体系,保护我国居民健康安全。
New infectious diseases have a huge impact on population health, social stability and economic development with them gradually appearing. All the Countries around the world have taken various measures to control their occurrence, development and spread. As a new, modern, flexible strategies and methods, risk assessment has the characteristics of early warning, proper respond and quick adjustment. The role of risk assessment in prevention and control of new infectious diseases need to be gradually enhanced. We should establish the risk consciousness and improve the public health system of Chinese characteristics to protect the health and safety of our residents.
