2014~2015年河南口岸出入境人员心电图结果分析

Analysis of Electrocardiogram Results of Entry-exit Personnel at Henan Port from 2014 to 2015

目的掌握河南口岸出入境人员心血管疾病的发病情况及特点,以利于加强国际旅行卫生保健健康咨询工作。方法对河南口岸2014年1月至2015年12月58633名出入境人员的心电图检查资料进行统计和分析。结果检出心电图异常3902人次,检出率6.655%。结论出入境检验检疫机关在加强对传染病监测的同时,应加强对直接威胁人体健康和旅行安全的非传染性疾病特别是心血管疾病的监测,以更好地为出入境人员服务。

Objective To get the infection situation and characteristics of cardiovascular diseases of entry-exit personnel at Henan port and to help strengthen the health consulting work of international travel health care.Methods To conduct the statistics and analysis of ECG examination data of 58633 entry-exit personnel at Henan port from January 2014 to December 2015. Results The abnormal electrocardiogram is 3902 person-time and detection rate is 6.655%. Conclusion At the same time of strengthening the monitoring of infectious diseases, entry-exit inspection and quarantine should strengthen the monitoring of non-communicable diseases especially cardiovascular disease that directly threat to human health and travel security, so as to serve for entry-exit personnel better.
