摘要
目的本研究对60例食品中致病微生物进行调查分析,深入分析食品中致病微生物种类和食品监管提供参考。方法采用生物梅里埃公司生产的VITEK Compact微生物鉴定系统对60例食品中致病微生物进行鉴定,分析致病微生物的组成。结果 60例食品中致病微生物含革兰阳性菌29株,其中β-溶血性链球菌7株,占24.1%,金黄色葡萄球菌6株,占20.7%,F型溶血性链球菌5株,占17.2%,屎肠球菌3株,占10.3%;革兰阴性菌31株,其中产气肠杆菌7株,占22.6%,沙门氏菌5株,占16.1%,铜绿假单胞菌4株,占2.9%,阴沟肠杆菌4株,占12.9%。结论食品中也存在致病菌污染,需加强监管。
Objective This research aimed to investigate the species and supervision of microorganisms in food.Methods 60 strains of pathogenic microorganisms were analyzed by VITEK Compact equipment produced by Biomerieux. The compositions of pathogenic microorganisms were assayed. Results 60 pathogenic microorgan-isms contained 29 strains of gram positive. Among this, there were 7 β-hemolytic streptococcal strains(24.1%),6 strains of staphylococcus aureus(20.7%), 5 strains of F Streptococcus hemolyticus(17.2%), 3 strains of enterococcus faecium(10.3%) and 31 strains of gram negative including 7 enterobacter aerogenes(22.6%), 5Salmonella(16.1%), 4 Pseudomonas aeruginosa(2.9%) and 4 Enterobacter cloacae(12.9%). Conclusion Food should be supervised carefully for its contamination of pathogenic microorganism.
