摘要
为了全面了解口岸常用熏蒸剂对进口生皮携带酪蝇的检疫处理效果,在21℃以上温度条件下,用3种熏蒸剂在不同浓度梯度熏蒸处理24h或72h。结果表明:使用溴甲烷浓度48g/m^3熏蒸24h,对酪蝇的各虫态均可杀灭;使用硫酰氟浓度35g/m^3熏蒸24h,对成虫与幼虫均有良好的杀虫效果,但对卵与蛹有部分杀灭作用;使用磷化氢浓度7.8g/m^3熏蒸72h,其实验结果与硫酰氟的杀虫效果一致。
In order to entirely know the quarantine effect evaluation of the fumigant in common use at port for the imported raw hide with Piophila casei, use three fumigants in different concentration to process 24 hours or72 hours above the condition of 21℃. Results Using methyl bromide of 48 g/m^3 fumigation 24 hours, all state of the Piophila casei be killed; Using Sulfuryl fluoride of 35 g/m^3 fumigation 24 hours, the adult and instar can be killed effectively, but the egg and pupa are killed partly; Using Phosphine of 7.8 g/m^3 fumigation 72 hours,its experimental results are consistent with the insecticidal effect of Sulfuryl fluoride.
