基于校局合作机制的公安院校毕业实习管理制度研究——以公安交通管理专业为例

Research on Graduation Practice Management System of Police College Based on Cooperative Mechanism of Police College and Public Security Bureau——Take the major of traffic management in police colleges as example

毕业实习是公安院校人才培养方案与教学计划的重要环节。构建校局合作机制实习管理模式是保障和提高毕业实习效果的有效途径和措施。文章结合交通管理专业毕业实习的现状问题,依据《公安技术类专业本科教学质量国家标准(试行)(送审稿)》要求,从毕业实习管理与实施方案等有关教学文件的制订、实习基地和教官队伍建设、毕业实习手册编制等方面,探讨公安校局合作机制下的毕业实习管理模式与制度建设。

Graduation practice is an important section of talents cultivation and teaching plan of police colleges. Practice manage- ment pattern based on cooperative mechanism of police colleges and public security bureau is the effective way and measure to assure and improve the practice effects. As for the present problems in the graduation practice of students majoring in traffic management and the demands in the ＂National Undergraduate Education Quality Standard for Technical Majors in Public Security （trial） （draft for de- liberation） ＂, graduation practice management pattern based on cooperative mechanism of police college and public security bureau and systematic construction are discussed from drawing up relative teaching files on graduation practice management and application, setting up practice base and instructors team and making graduation practice manuals.
