An Investigation of the Employment Attitude of Minority University Undergraduates in Qinghai

摘要 对青海省高校少数民族大学本科生就业观念的问卷调查显示:少数民族大学生在就业认知层面,社会认知较为客观,但自我认知相对消极,职业认知趋向谋生型;在就业情感层面,就业心态积极向上,但就业竞争意识缺乏而就业期望过高;在就业行动倾向层面,多选择在西部地区和稳定单位就业,自主创业意识尚未成熟。政府应高度重视少数民族大学生就业问题,为其创造更多的就业机会,并积极引导其自主创业。 This paper investigates the employment attitude of minority undergraduates of universities in Qinghai. The results show that minority students are rather objective in their cognition of social environment, but their self-cognition is negative and their employment purpose is to make a living; their employment mentality is positive, but their employment competition consciousness is rather low, while their expectation for employment is too high ; most of them choose to find a stable job in the Western area, for their self-employment awareness is not mature yet. The government should attach great importance to the employment of minority college students, create more employment opportunities for them and guide them to start their own business
