摘要
本文就西藏籍藏族大学生就业准备状况进行调查,调查发现西藏籍藏族大学生已形成主动就业意识并展开积极的就业准备,但存在择业取向相对单一、就业准备不充足、就业竞争力欠佳等问题。究其成因在于就业扶持措施的双重社会效应、社会文化适应状况影响就业资本的获得、高等教育结构性失衡间接影响就业竞争力、高校教育过程中不平等对就业准备和能力的重要影响。当前解决问题的实质在于采取措施推进高等教育过程中的教育平等与提高教育质量。
An investigation was conducted to study employment preparation of Tibetan university graduates from Tibet. The results show that they are ready for job hunting and make active preparations for it. But there are still problems of making single choice in job hunting, insufficient preparation, and poor employment competitiveness. These problems are caused by the dual social effect of employment supporting measures, the influence of social and cultural adaptation on the gaining of employment capital, the indirect influence of structural imbalance in higher education on employment competitiveness, and the influence of inequality in higher education on employment preparation and ability. The solution to the current problems lies in adopting measures to promote equality of education and improve education quality in higher education.
