摘要
在新形势下,贵州省民族州县的学校双语教学应在全面推广和加强普通话教学的基础上,在基础教育或高等教育的合适阶段开展民族语言和优秀传统文化知识课程教学。贵州省几十年来双语教学取得了很大成绩,但在双语教学观念、课程建设、师资培养、财力支持等方面仍然存在问题和不足。要适应新形势的双语教学转型,需要教育工作者转变观念,建设科学务实的课程体系和持续有效的民族语文人才师资培养机制,解决长期存在的缺乏教材和课程规范、缺乏师资等问题,使双语教学真正落到实处。
Under the new situation, the teaching of ethnic languages and excellent traditional cultural knowledge in appropriate stages of basic education or higher education should be carried out in bilingual education in ethnic minority prefectures and counties of Guizhou Province on the basis of comprehensively popularizing and strengthening Putonghua teaching. Although great achievements have been made in bilingual teaching in the last few decades in Guizhou, there are still many problems and shortcomings in bilingual teaching concepts, course construction, teacher training and financial support. To adapt to the new situation of bilingual teaching, we need to change the concept of education, build a scientific and pragmatic ethnic language course system, establish a sustained and effective training mechanism for ethnic language talents, solve the problems of lacking teaching materials, course specifications and teachers in order to carry out bilingual teaching effectively.
