摘要
新疆南疆中职院校部分少数民族学生对汉语知识及交际技能的欠缺,已成为其就业的障碍之一。调研发现,南疆地区中职院校在师资队伍建设、教材使用、课程设置、学生汉语能力培养等方面存在程度不同的问题。要提高新疆南疆职业院校双语教学质量及少数民族学生双语交际能力,需尽力提升南疆中职院校教师双语教学水平、编写适用的双语教材、优化双语课程、加强学生双语能力的培养。
The lack of Chinese language knowledge and communication skill of some ethnic students of vocational colleges in Southern Xinjiang has become one of the obstacles in their employment. The findings of an investigation of vocational colleges in Southern Xinjiang show that problems exist in teaching body, teaching material, curriculum and students' Chinese ability. In order to improve Chinese teaching quality and ethnic students' bilingual communication ability, efforts should be made to uplift teachers' bilingual teaching level, compile bilingual textbooks, optimize bilingual courses and enhance the cultivation of students' bilingual ability.
