摘要
近年来,虽然倾斜于少数民族地区或西部偏远地区双语教师职业发展的专项资金投入越来越多,但牧区双语教师职业发展仍面临不少困境,尤其表现在牧区的双语教师职业缺乏吸引力、双语教师民族文化传承能力缺乏、专业发展措施不力等方面。面对这些困境,需要通过政府、学校和双语教师共同努力,采取多种措施不断增强牧区学校对双语教师的吸引力、不断提高双语教师的民族文化水平和职业发展能力。
In recent years, although the special fund investment for career development of bilingual teachers in ethnic regions and western remote areas has increased, career development of bilingual teachers in pastoral areas is still facing many difficulties, such as a low degree of attraction of their job, their poor ability to inherit ethnic culture and the insufficient measure for their career development. To solve these problems, the joint efforts of the government, school and bilingual teachers are needed to adopt various measures to enhance the attraction of pastoral areas to bilingual teachers and improve their ethnic cultural level and career development capacity.
