摘要
云南保山某氧化锌矿石锌含量为6.56%,脉石矿物主要为白云石、方解石、石英等。矿石含泥量较高,会对浮选造成不利影响。为给该矿石开发利用提供技术依据,进行了选矿试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占92.40%条件下,以水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠为调整剂、硫化钠为活化剂、乳化十八胺为捕收剂,经1粗3精2扫闭路浮选,获得了锌品位为32.72%、回收率为75.43%的精矿。
The dosage of zinc in a zinc oxide ore from Baoshan, Yunnan is 6. 56% , gangue minerals are mainly dolomite, calcite, quartz. The ore has a high content of mud ,which will have bad effect on flotation. In order to provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore, beneficiation test was carried out. Results indicated that with grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 92.4%, via sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as the adjusting agent, sodium sulfide as activator, emulsified octadecylamine as collector, endure one roughing-three cleaning-two scanvenging closed circuit experiment, zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 32. 72% and recovery of 75.43% was obtained.
