摘要
以包装材料用油墨为研究对象,采用超声萃取的前处理方式,油墨样品经50℃干燥固化成膜,粉碎后采用正己烷为提取溶剂,超声提取2 h,经由气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法,采用外标法选择离子扫描模式(SIM)进行定量分析,可检测油墨中23种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类增塑剂的含量。23种PAEs平均回收率为79.1%~108.3%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~8.5%。
Taking the ink for packaging materials as the research object, the pretreatment of ultrasonic ex- traction is used. The ink samples are dried by curing at 50 ℃ and crushed, The samples are extracted with n-hexane as the extraction solvent and extracted by ultrasonic for 2 h. The samples are analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the SIM method is used to quantitatively analyze 23 kinds of phthalate (PAEs) plasticizer in ink. The average recoveries of 23 kinds of PAEs are 79.1%- 108.3% and the relative standard deviations are 2,8%-8.5%.
