皮肤镜在铒玻璃点阵激光治疗痤疮疗效观察中的应用

Application of Dermoscopy in Assessing the Efficacy of Erbium Laser for Acne Vulgaris

目的应用皮肤镜观察1 550 nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗痤疮前后皮肤变化情况。方法选择54例轻、中度痤疮患者,采用1 550 nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗,每次治疗前后照相及采集皮肤镜图像,比较治疗前、后皮肤镜图像改变情况。结果 54例轻、中度痤疮患者患者均接受4次治疗,治疗前毛孔粗大,大量炎性丘疹,皮肤油腻;治疗结束后皮肤纹理变细,毛孔缩小,毛囊口油脂样鳞屑消失,无明显毛细血管扩张。结论皮肤镜对铒玻璃点阵激光治疗痤疮疗效评估方面具有客观精确的指导作用。

Objective To observe the cutaneous changes in acne vulgaris with dermoscopy following the treatment with 1 550 nm Erglass laser.Methods Fifty-four patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were treated with 1 550 nm Erglass laser.Photographs were taken using camera and dermoscopy prior to each treatment.Dermoscopic images were compared before and after treatment.Results All patients were given 4 treatments.The skin exhibited coarse pores, inflammatory papules and greasy before the treatment.After the treatment the skin wrinkles became thinner along with pore shrinking and reduced oily scales at follicular orifices, without angiotelectasis.Conclusion Dermoscopy can objectively and accurately evaluate the clinical efficacy of 1 550 nm Erglass laser for acne vulgaris.
