以溃疡为临床表现的二期梅毒1例

A Case of Ulcer as Manifestation of Secondary Syphilis

患者女,54岁。全身出现溃疡1月余。乳下、腋下、腹股沟及小腿可见多个红斑溃疡。血TPPA(+),RPR 1∶64(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素治疗后好转。

A 54-year-old female had had ulcers on the whole body for 1 month.Multiple erythemas and ulcers were seen on the breasts, armpits, groins and lower legs.Serological test revealed that both TPPA and RPR（ 1：64）were positive.A diagnosis of secondary syphilis was made.The lesions were remarkably improved after treatment with intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin.
