摘要
IL-33是IL-1细胞因子家族成员,通过与其特异性受体ST2结合后激活下游信号通路,进而诱导产生Th2型细胞因子。IL-33不仅可以调节Th2细胞介导的免疫反应、刺激肥大细胞产生炎症细胞因子,同时可以作为核因子调控基因转录。它在自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性皮肤病中发挥潜在的致病作用。
IL-33, a member of interleukin-1 family, can induce Th2 cytokines by binding to its specific ST2 receptor and activating the downstream signaling pathway. IL-33 can not only regulate Th2-mediated immune reaction and activate mast cells to produce inflammatory cytokines, but also serve as a nuclear factor regulating gene translation. It plays a potential pathogenic role in autoimmune and allergic dermatoses.
