摘要
患者女,72岁。右侧腰腹部红斑、糜烂伴疼痛1年,院外一直诊断为带状疱疹。皮肤科情况:右侧腰腹部见单侧分布的浸润性红色斑块,散在点状糜烂、结节。结合组织病理、免疫组化,诊断皮肤鳞状细胞癌。经放疗后皮损面积缩小,10个月后随访,病情转移至腹股沟淋巴结,同侧下肢肿胀。本病例皮损面积大,表现不典型,无原有皮肤病,临床罕见。
A 72-year-old male presented with painful erythema and erosion on her right lumbar and abdomen. It wasmisdiagnosed as herpes zoster. Physical examination showed unilateral red invasive plaque on the right lum- bar and abdomen, with sporadic erosion and nodules. Combined with the histological and immunohistochem- isty examination the diagnosed of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was made. She get better after treated with radiotherapy, follow up 10 months, tumor cells metastasis to inguinal lymph nodes, complicated with the right lower extremity swelling. This case has large area, atypical clinical manifestastions,and without previ- ous skin diseases, it is rare.
