京津冀协同发展背景下青龙县城镇体系“分区”发展构想

Qinglong County Urban System “Partition” Style Development Idea Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

京津冀协同发展为秦皇岛市的城镇发展带来了机遇。秦皇岛市需要通过"分区+分步"的发展方式提升城市凝聚力和辐射力。在这种思路下秦皇岛需要按照"一核+三片区"的格局构建城镇体系,"一核"即秦皇岛主城区,"三片区"即青龙片区、卢昌片区和主城片区,青龙片区即青龙县,卢昌片区即"卢龙县+昌黎县",主城片区即"山海关区+海港区+北戴河区"。青龙县也需要分5个子区域发展,分别以青龙镇、"七道河乡+草碾乡"、隔河头镇、大巫岚镇、娄杖子镇为中心,通过整合子区域内的乡镇中心地构成。各个子域要分别形成"人"字形、"8"字形、葫芦状、"两横一纵"和形城镇格局,最终通过"双辅环"促进"主环"促进青龙县所有乡镇中心地高效整合。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei creates opportunity for Qinhuangdao urban development. Qinhuangdao needs to promote urban cohesion and radiation by way of the ＂partition ＋ step by step＂ development mode. Under the idea mentioned above, Qinhuangdao needs to construct urban system in accordance with the pattern of ＂one-core ＋ three-partition＂, ＂one-eore＂ means the main body of Qinhuangdao city, ＂three-partition＂ means Qinglong area, Lu-Chang area and downtown area, Qinglong area is namely Qinglong county, Lu-Chang area is namely ＂Lulong county ＋ Changli county＂, downtown area is namely ＂Shanhaiguan district ＋ Haigang district ＋ Beidaihe district＂. Qinglong county must also be divided into 5 sub-domain to construct its urban system, each sub- domain respectively takes Qinglong town, ＂Qidaohe town ＋ Caonian town＂, Gehetou town, Dawnlan town, Louzhan- gzi town as the center, sub-domain urban system can be shaped hy way of integrating town in each domain. Each sub- domain respectively shapes ＂Ren＂ shappe, ＂eight＂ shape, ＂gourd＂ shape, ＂two-horizontal and one-longitudinal＂ shape and ＂one ring embraced by another ring＂ shape. In the end, all of the town center ean be integrated together efficiently through the ＂double auxiliary rings＂ promoting ＂the main ring＂.
