摘要
分析了美国印第安混血作家杰拉德·维兹诺小说《自由的恶作剧者》的创作特点,认为作者在作品中刻画了一系列性格迥异、与自然浑然一体的恶作剧者群像,揭示了美国印第安人对土地的依存与敬畏,万物有灵和人与自然和谐共生的生态美学思想,表达了作者对当下人类生存境遇的深切思考和对人类前途命运的终极关怀。
The creation features of the book The Trickster of Liberty: Native Heirs to a Wild Baronage by Gerald Vizenor, a mixed-blood American and Indian writer, are analyzed. In this book, a series of tricksters with huge disparities while also sharing the same nature are displayed, during which the dependence and awe of American Indians towards their land are manifested and the ecological aesthetics concept of animism and coexistence between human and nature are uncovered. The author expresses his deep thought into the current living conditions of people and the profound concern over mankind's future and fate.
