试纸擦拭-微波消解法测定日用陶瓷中重金属溶出量 被引量:2

摘要 本文建立了试纸擦拭-微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测试日用陶瓷中铬、钴、钡3种重金属溶出量的分析方法。优化了擦拭材料、擦拭次数和微波消解等前处理条件,在试验选定的最佳条件下,铬、钴、钡3种元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999,其方法检出限分别为0.025 mg/L、0.020 mg/L和0.020 mg/L。并试验了擦拭量与GB/T 3534-2002《日用陶瓷器皿铅、镉溶出量的测定方法》的溶出量之间的关系,实验结果表明两种方法测试结果呈线性关系。可通过快速检测擦拭量计算日用陶瓷中铬、钴、钡3种重金属溶出量。 An effective method for the pretreatment and determination of Cr, Co and Ba dissolved in domestic ceramic by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy with test paper wiping-microwave digestion was developed in this paper. The experimental conditions of wiping material, wiping frequency and microwave digestion process were optimized. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the results showed that the detection limits of Cr, Co and Ba are 0.025 mg/L,0.020 mg/L and 0.020 mg/L, with good correlation coefficient r≥0.999. The relationship between the amount of wiping and the dissolution with GB/T 3534-2002 standard testing methods for lead and cadmium release from domestic ceramic was also tested, the results that there had a linear relationship. It counld calculate the amount of Cr, Co and Ba dissolved in domestic ceramic by the rapid detection of the amount of wiping.
