“一带一路”沿线国家贸易投资便利化水平及其对中国出口的影响——基于面板数据的实证分析

Trade and Investment Facilitation Levels of the Countries Along “One Belt,One Road” and Their Impacts on China’s Exports:A Study Based on Panel Data

从国家视角出发,在构建贸易投资便利化综合评价指标体系并测算"一带一路"沿线国家贸易投资便利化水平基础上,利用拓展引力模型实证分析沿线国家贸易投资便利化水平对中国出口贸易流量的影响。研究表明,与GDP、人口、对外投资和区域经济一体化组织等因素相比,贸易投资便利化对中国出口贸易的促进作用更大。同时贸易投资便利化各分项指标对中国出口均产生显著影响,其中运输和基础设施指标影响程度最大。对于不同区域,贸易投资便利化水平对中国出口均产生显著影响。

Using country-level data, the current study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for measuring the levels of trade and investment facilitation of the countries along ' One Belt, One Road,'and examines their impacts on China's exports to the countries by employing the trade gravity model. The results show that the impact of trade and investment facilitation of a country along 'One Belt, One Road'on China's exports to the country is more significant than that of regional GDP, population, China's investment in the country, the characteristics of the economic organizations involving the country, or any other characteristic of the country. Among the indexes of trade and investment facilitation of a country,each of which has a significant impact on China's export to the country, the transport and infrastructure index has the most significant impact. In addition, for the countries in different regions, the impact of trade and investment facilitation of a country on China's export to the country remains significant.
