摘要
目的探讨白介素37(IL-37)水平在糖尿病并发肺结核患者诊断与治疗中的价值。方法选取2014年1月至2016年5月该院收治的糖尿病并发肺结核患者50例作为试验组,另选取同期收治的糖尿病未并发肺结核患者50例作为对照组。利用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测两组患者治疗前后血浆IL-37水平变化。结果试验组患者治疗前血液中IL-37表达水平[(9.32±5.12)pg/mL]明显高于对照组[(3.88±4.37)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后IL-37表达水平[(4.16±3.24)pg/mL]明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前试验组中痰培养阳性患者血液中IL-37水平[(11.57±3.68)pg/mL]显著高于阴性患者[(5.94±4.91)pg/mL)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液中IL-37可能会成为诊断糖尿病联合肺结核疾病的新指标,并且IL-37还可能成为控制结核杆菌繁殖的负调控因子。
Objective To investigate the value of IL-37 in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Sixth People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the experimental group,contemporaneously 50 cases of diabetes mellitus without pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-37 in blood were measured by ELISA before and after the treatment.Results The blood IL-37 level in the experimental group[(9.32±5.12) pg/mL] was significantly higher than that in the control group[(3.88±4.37) pg/mL] before treatment with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).The IL-37 level in the experimental group after treatment [(4.16±3.24) pg/mL] was obviously lower than that before treatment with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Before treatment,plasma IL-37 level of sputum-positive patients[(11.57±3.68) pg/mL] was prominently higher than that of sputum-negative patients [(5.94±4.91) pg/mL] in the experimental group with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Plasma IL-37 may be a new marker for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,and it may also be a negative regulator of reproduction of mycobacterium tuberculosis.
