摘要
目的建立助产凝胶中丙二醇的GC检测方法。方法气相色谱柱以聚乙二醇20M为固定相(30.00 m×0.32 mm×0.50μm),采用氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度230℃,检测器温度250℃,采用程序升温,起始温度130℃,维持1 min,以每分钟10℃的速率升温至240℃,维持1 min,进样量1μL。结果丙二醇在1.257~3.210 mg/mL内线性关系良好(相关系数=0.999 9),检测限为4.19 ng/mL,平均回收率为100.3%,相对标准差为1.16%。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于助产凝胶中丙二醇的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of propylene glycol content in midwifery gel by gas chromatograph.Methods A polyethylene glycol 20 M was taken as stationary phase column(30.00 m×0.32 mm×0.50 μm) for gas chromatographic colum,FID detector was used with the injector temperature of 230℃ and the detector temperature of 250℃.Column temperature raises by programming,with origination temperature at 130℃,holding for 1 min,then rising to 240℃ with the velocity of 10 ℃/min,holding for 1 min,and the injection volume was 1 μL.Results Propylene glycol showed good linearity in the ranges of 1.257-3.210 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the detection limit was 4.19 ng/mL,and the average recovery rate was 100.3% with the relative standard deviation of 1.16%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for determination of propylene glycol content in Midwifery gel.
