子宫内膜非典型息肉样腺肌瘤1例及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜非典型息肉样腺肌瘤（atypical polypoid adenomyoma,APA）是一种罕见的宫内膜息肉病变,是由不典型增生的宫内膜腺体和丰富的平滑肌组织构成的肿瘤,1981年由国外学者Mazur首次报道,国内目前尚无20例以上的病例分析总结。现将本院收治的1例APA报道如下。1临床资料患者,女,43岁,因＂经量增多1年多＂,于2016年1月5日入院。1年前患者无明显诱因出现经量增多,经量增多至既往的2倍左右,
