摘要 基于炼厂在掺炼其它油品后使原油性质变化较大,导致基础油及石蜡生产处于被动调整情况下,阐述了蜡油原料中蜡晶种类及结晶过程,幵分析了原料组成、馏分轻重、馏分宽窄因素等对脱蜡结晶的影响,以便及时调整原料改变后装置生产工艺参数和操作条件,达到预先了解变化、提前设计斱案、及时调整的目的,使装置处于一种动态的、平稳生产的状态,生产优质润滑油基础油和石蜡产品,满足炼厂的需要。 After being mixed with other oils, properties of the crude oil will greatly change, which leads the refineries to frequently adjust the process parameters to produce the qualified base oil and paraffin. In this paper, wax crystal categories and the crystallization process in the crude wax oil were introduced, and the influences of the crude oil composition, vaporizer temperature, range of different distillations on dewaxing crystallization process were analyzed, in order to adjust the process parameters and operating conditions for the production in time, by the means of which, a dynamic and steady state of production was achieved, and high-quality base oil and paraffin products were produced.
