摘要
柴油加氢改质是提高劣质柴油十六烷值的重要加工手段,正确的选择反应加工流程对生产合格柴油至关重要。文章以某柴油加氢改质装置为例,对反应部分工艺流程的选择进行了研究。反应部分选择一段串联加氢流程,设置加氢精制和加氢改质两台反应器,设置原料油自动反冲洗过滤器和惰性气体保护,采用炉前混氢方案,反应注水和热高分流程。
Diesel hydrotreating process is one of the most important technologies to improve the cetane number of poor-quality diesel, and it is crucial to choose the right and reasonable reaction process to produce qualified diesel. In this paper, 1.8 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit was chosen as research model, and the process scheme of reaction section was well studied. The reaction section used one-stage serial hydrotreating process, which consisted of hydrotreating reactor and hydrorefining reactor; the feedstock was protected by both automatic backwash filter and inactive gas to respectively remove solid particles and prevent oil oxidization, the H2 was blended into the feedstock before it entered into the furnace, meanwhile the reaction water injection and the hot HP separator were also utilized.
