华南地区7种旱生园林灌木的耐淹性研究 被引量:7

摘要 以7种旱生灌木为材料,设置在种植盆盆沿以上20 cm的水位,研究淹水胁迫对游离脯氨酸、叶绿素含量和存活时间的影响。在实验周期(28 d),随着淹水天数的增加,大部分灌木的游离脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势,叶绿素含量则相反。7种灌木的存活时间存在差异:金叶假连翘和红花檵木约7 d;灰莉、锦绣杜鹃和夹竹桃约14 d;朱缨花和朱蕉28 d仍存活,有一些淹害症状。研究得出它们的耐淹能力排序为:朱蕉>朱缨花>夹竹桃>锦绣杜鹃>灰莉>红花檵木>金叶假连翘。因此在滨水缓冲带淹水深度约20 cm的优选植物为朱蕉、朱缨花,次选为夹竹桃、锦绣杜鹃和灰莉。 The effects of waterlogging stress on flee proline, chlorophyll content and survival time were studied by using seven exrophytic garden shrub species as materials, and setting the water level of 20 cm above the plant pot. In the experimental period (28 days), the free proline content of most species increased with the increase ofwaterlogging days, while the chlorophyll content was reversed. The survival time of the seven species was different: Duranta erecta 'Golden leaves' (1) and Loropetalum chinense var. rubrunl (2) were about 7d; Fagraea ceilanica (3), Rhododendron x pulchrum (4), and Nerium oleander (5) were about 14d; Calliandra haematoeephala (6) and Cordylinefruticosa (7) were survived in 28d, there were some waterlogging symptoms. Therefore, preferred plants having a waterlogging depth of about 20 cm in the waterfront buffer zone are Cordyline fruticosa and Calliandra haematocephala, while the secondary plants are Nerium indieum, Rhododendron pulchrum and Fagraea ceilanica. The result indicated that the ability of submergence tolerance is 7 〉 6 〉 5 〉 4 〉 3 〉 2 〉 1.
