氮掺杂纳米TiO_2的制备及其光催化活性 被引量:1

摘要 以尿素为氮源,钛酸正丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮掺杂纳米TiO_2。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收(UV-Vis)光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对材料的结构和形貌进行表征;以甲基橙模拟有机污染物,研究样品的光催化活性。结果表明,氮掺杂纳米TiO_2为锐钛矿型结构,尺寸均匀,分散性好,对甲基橙染料具有极好的光催化活性,降解率达到97%左右。 The nitrogen-doped nano-TiO2( N-doped nano-TiO2 ) was prepared by sol-gel method with urea as nitrogen source and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source. The crystal structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, UV-Vis and SEM, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of the obtained N-doped nano-TiO2 was investigated through degradation of the methyl orange. The results show that the N-doped nano-TiO2 has the anatase excellent dispersibility, and the degradation rate to perb photocatalytic performance. structure and a uniform particle size distribution with methyl orange can be reached to 97% showing a superb photocatalytic performance.
