摘要
主要简述一种新型动力电池埋铜复合板的制前设计及工艺生产流程。因动力电池PCB需要承载大电流、高电压,普通PCB板已不能达到此要求,需要在PCB内埋置厚度为1.0 mm^1.2 mm的紫铜板,设计及生产流程有别于传统PCB。
This paper mainly introduces the design and production process of a new type of power battery buried copper clad plate. Because the battery PCB need to carry large current and high voltage, the ordinary PCB board is unable to meet this requirement. It needs PCB buried in the thickness of 1.0mm-1.2mm copper, and the design and production process are different from the traditional PCB.
