摘要
传统锅炉使用年限过久,技术过于落后,生产过程经常出现各种问题,难以稳定持续的进行,无法满足目前社会的较高需求,企业逐渐将变频技术应用在锅炉机电一体化节能系统中,对锅炉进行全面、自动的控制,以有效提升锅炉的热效率,实现各类能源的有效节约。本文对锅炉变频系统以及锅炉控制系统的组成进行简要介绍,并对变频技术在锅炉机电一体化节能系统中的具体应用进行深入探究。
Conventional boiler has relatively long service time, backward technology, and many is- sues during manufacturing process, which is hard to continuously operate or satisfy high demands of current society. As a result, a frequency conversion technique is gradually applied in boiler mecha- tronics energy-efficient system for comprehensive and automated control to efficiently improve boiler thermal efficiency, achieving effective saving of various energy sources. In this paper, the compo- nents of a boiler frequency conversion system and boiler control system will be briefly introduced, and also a detailed application of frequency convention technique in boiler mechatronics energy-effi- cient system shall be discussed in depth.
