Study of Current Condition of Technical Innovation and Optimal Strategy of Anhui Chemical Industry

当前,以科技创新促进安徽化工产业蓬勃发展势在必行。分析了安徽化工科技创新现状及存在问题,提出深化创新体制机制改革,加大创新资金投入力度,实施人才战略等对策建议,为企业技术创新提供借鉴,为决策者提供参考。

At present, it is imperative to enhance the vigorous development of chemical industry in Anhui by technical innovation. The aim of this paper is to study current condition and existing problems of technical innovation of chemical industry in Anhui and then make optimal strategy in innovation filed including further reform of system, intensified capital investment and talent introduction, which as reference for enterprises and decision-makers engaged in technical innovation.
