摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、双酚s(4,4'-二羟基二苯砜即DDDS)等为主要原料,通过丙酮法合成制备出双酚s基阴离子型水性聚氨酯(WPU-DDDS)。红外光谱和紫外光谱分析证实了WPU-DDDS的结构,此外还用差热分析和荧光光谱对WPU-DDDS的性能作了初步表征。
A waterborne sulfone-based polyurethane (PU-DDDS) was synthesized from poly (propylene glycol) (PP(,), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone (DDDS) and triethylamine(TEA) depending on a modified acetone process. The expected structure of PU-DDDS was confirmed by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The polymer was also characterized by the analysis of TGA, UV-Vis and Fluorescence spectroscopy.
