氟碳型聚氨酯材料的结构与老化性能研究

摘要 采用4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、自制含氟聚酯多元醇、乙二醇(EG)等为主要原料合成了含氟脂肪族聚氨酯树脂。通过对合成聚氨酯树脂制备皮膜的物性检测和以含氟聚氨酯为表层制备合成革的耐黄变性能测试,考查氟含量对聚氨酯力学性能、耐水解和耐黄变性能的影响。结果表明:当氟含量达6%时,通过适度交联方式可以弥补模量下降,拉伸强度保持在47MPa,吸水率由2.13%降至1.04%,QUV测试4级耐黄变时间由200h提高到300h。 Fluorocarbon aliphatic polyurethane resin was prepared by using methylene-bis (4-cyclohexylisocyanate) (HMDI), self-made fluorinated polyester polyol, ethylene glycol (EG), etc. as raw materials. The fluorocarbon aliphatic polyurethane mechanical properties, hydrophobic properties testing on polyurethane membrane and synthetic leather with and yellowing resistance properties was investigated by means of synthesized polyurethane as surface resin. The results show that when fluorine content reach 6%, polyurethane membrane could make up for the falling of mechanical properties by moderate crosslinking, get tensile strength stay 47MPa, water absorption reduced from 2.13% to 1.04%, and QUV test in level 4 increased from 200h to 30Oh.
