摘要
针对离合器中的膜片弹簧工作特性,采用遗传算法工具箱,根据汽车离合器中摩擦片和膜片弹簧两部件之间的相互作用,对膜片弹簧进行优化.通过实例验证表明,优化后的膜片弹簧在磨损范围内前后压紧力变化减小,即提高了压紧力的稳定性,本文优化的结果可为汽车离合器的设计提供理论参考.
Aiming at the working characteristics of the diaphragm spring in the clutch, the genetic algorithm toolbox is used to optimize the diaphragm spring according to the interaction between the friction plate and the diaphragm spring. The results show that the optimization of the compressive force of the diaphragm spring in the range of abrasion decreases the stability of the compression force. The optimized results can provide a the oretical reference for the design of the automobile clutch.
