在国家地理信息公共服务平台建设的过程中,各种图面效果美观、富含多种配图技巧的地图制图技术与模板发展迅猛。文中介绍了采用ArcGIS相关软件生产"天地图·金昌"电子地图数据制作的技术方法和一些处理技巧,并总结经验提出个人建议,为"天地图"市县级节点电子地图的生产提供技术参考。

In the process of building the national geographic information public service platform, development of all kinds of beautiful drawing effect mapping technologies and templates were rapid, which were rich in a variety of matching skills. In the paper, the technical methods and some processing techniques were introduced by using ArcGIS related software to produce ＂ Mapworld · Jinchang＂. Experience was summarized and the individual suggestions were put forward. These provided the technical reference for the production of ＂Mapworld＂ city and county level electronic map.
