摘要
土地利用现状变更调查是土地管理中最为基础的工作,为及时获取土地利用现状变更信息,开发一套基于3S技术的土地利用现状巡查系统。土地巡查系统主要包括web端任务管理系统和移动端外业巡查系统。文中针对土地巡查中存在的问题,对现阶段巡查手段与业务流程进行分析,结合土地利用现状调查和3S技术,探讨以移动GIS为核心的土地利用现状巡查应用,具体阐述了基于3S技术的系统巡查流程和应用。
Land -use change survey was the most basic work in land management, a set of land -use status inspection system was developed based on 3S technology for timely accessing to land use change information. Land patrol system mainly included web end task management system and mobile terminal industry inspection system. Aiming at the existing problems in the inspection of land, the present stage inspection means and business process were analyzed. Land use status inspection application was discussed combining with the land - use investigation and 3S technology, and the system inspection process and application were expatiated based on 3S technology.
