线性函数在平原区塌陷地恢复治理费用估算上的应用

摘要 伴随着煤炭资源的大量开采,导致采空区出现大面积地面塌陷,给塌陷区所在的地区生态和经济的可持续发展带来了深远的负面影响。文中根据《土地开发整理项目测算定额标准》提出了一套完整的以线性函数为基础的塌陷地恢复治理费用预测模型,并通过实例证明了模型具有较高的准确性,对平原区治理规划费用的估算具有一定的参考价值。 With a large number of coal resources were mining, a large area of ground subsidence occurred in the goaf. These had brought the profound negative impacts on the ecological and economic sustainable development in the subsidence area. In this paper, according to the " standard of land development and consolidation project budget quota" , a set of complete based on the linear function of reclaimed - years recovery overhead expenses forecast model was put forward, the model had a high accuracy by the example and had a certain reference value for the calculation of the plain area management planning costs.
