手厥阴经电刺激对急性颅脑损伤早期促醒的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Electrostimulation in Channel of Hand Jueyin on the Early Awaking-up in Acute Traumatic Brain Injury

目的研究手厥阴经电刺激对急性颅脑损伤早期促醒的临床效果分析.方法选取急性颅脑损伤后脑性昏迷患者54例进行前瞻性研究,采取随机数字法分为电刺激组(27例)和对照组(27例).对照组给予常规治疗,电刺激组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予手厥阴经电刺激,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、治疗前后基底动脉、左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉的Vm和Vs以及格拉斯哥昏迷评分.结果电刺激组治疗的总有效率为88.89%,对照组治疗的总有效率为62.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前基底动脉、左侧椎动脉及右侧椎动脉的Vm和Vs比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,电刺激组的基底动脉、左侧椎动脉及右侧椎动脉的Vm和Vs均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前GCS比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,电刺激组的GCS显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论手厥阴经电刺激可显著提高急性颅脑损伤后脑性昏迷患者的椎-基底动脉的血流速度及格拉斯哥昏迷评分,对患者的早期促醒起到积极作用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrostimulation in channel of Hand Jueyin on the early awaking-up in acute traumatic brain injury. Method 54 cases of brain coma patients after acute traumatic brain injury were chosen in our hospital for the prospective study, and randomly divided into electrostimulation were compared. Results The total effective rate of patient in the electriostimulation group was 88.89% and that in the control group was 62.96%, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; differences in the comparison of the Vm and V~ of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and fight vertebral artery before the treatment between the two groups ,had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） ,but after the treatment ,the Vm and Vs of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and fight vertebral artery in the electrostimulation group were significantly higher thanthose in the control group （P〈0. two groups showed no statistical 05） ;the difference in the glasgow coma scale betore the treatment between me significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but after treatment, the glasgow electrostimulation group was significantly higher than that in the control group coma scale in the （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Electrostimulation in channel of Hand Jueyin can significantly improve the vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and glasgow coma scale of brain coma patients after acute traumatic brain injury, which can play a positive role in the early awaking-up of patients with coma after acute traumatic brain injury.
