摘要 目的分析社区老年高血压患者的健康教育干预效果,以提高社区健康教育护理水平.方法在吉林市丰满区的11个社区内随机选取148名老年高血压患者,随机分为干预组和对照组.在干预组中开展控制高血压知识讲座的健康教育,对照组不采取任何措施.采用自行设计的调查问卷对健康教育前后两组的认知得分、健康相关行为得分及血压测量值进行比较.结果进行健康教育干预后,干预组的认知得分和健康相关行为得分较干预前明显提高(P<0.01),舒张压较干预前明显下降(P<0.05);对照组的认知得分、健康相关行为得分、收缩压和舒张压与干预前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论健康教育干预对提高社区老年高血压患者对高血压的认知水平、自我管理水平及有效控制血压具有积极作用. Objective Analyze the effect of health education intervention for the elderly patients with hypertension so as to improve nursing level of health education in community. Method We randomly selected 148 elderly hypertensive patients and divided the patients into intervention group and control group in eleven communities in Fengman District of Jilin City. The intervention group was given health education lectures about how to control the development of hypertension, the control group did not take any measures. Compare patients cognition scores, health related behavior scores, blood pressure measurement in the two groups before and after the health education intervention with the self-designed questionnaire. Results After the health education intervention, the cognitive scores and health related behavior scores of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of before intervention (P〈0.01). Systolic pressure of intervention group was lower than that of before intervention (P〈0.05), but the cognitive scores, health related behavior scores, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the control group had no difference comparing with that of before intervention ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion Health education intervention played an active role for the elderly hypertensive patients in community to improve their cognitive levels, their self-management levels, and effectively control their blood pressures.
