摘要
开展高校青年教师说课竞赛是提高青年教师教学能力的重要途径。韶关学院在青年教师说课竞赛的目标、内容、过程、评价指标等方面进行了实践探索。经实践,发现开展青年教师说课竞赛在宣传力度、赛前培训体系设计、指导教师管理以及评价指标体系等方面还有待进一步完善。
In order to carry out the Presentation of Teaching Process competition in university is an important way to improve the teaching quality of young teachers. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the competition, take Shaoguan University for example, tries to explore the target, content, process and the evaluation index of the competition. By practice, that competition which in the propaganda, training system design before competition, tutors' management and competition assessment indicator system should be further improved.
