Research on the exploring classroom teaching model for university of finance and economics is a breakthrough of the existing classroom teaching program, fully embodies the grasp of the innovation education in the pulse of the times and the students＇ development of the creative potential, and improves the students＇ autonomous learning literacy. This paper is the research on the teaching innovation of undergraduate of Finance and economics based on the construction on the exploring classroom, and elaborates on the significance, objectives, content, main features and the measures to be taken in the study.
