摘要
对汽车右背门里板拉伸模在调试中出现的制件起皱问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的对策。重点介绍了利用Autoform软件的板料成形模拟方法指导调试制件起皱缺陷及调整拉伸模的过程。通过缺陷预测来制定缺陷预防措施,经过不断改进,制件外观质量、形状及尺寸精度都达到了要求,对今后类似制件起皱问题的解决有一定的参考作用。
The paper introduces the process of using Autoform software to simulate the process of sheet melal forming. Based on the analysis of wrinkling problems of car right back door in drawing process dehugging, and corresponding countermeasures. Defect prevention measures are established through defect prediction. After continuous improvement, the appearance quality and shape precision of the product are all met the requirements. In this paper, it can be used as reference for dealing with the wrinkling of other drawing dies.
