摘要
以某乘用车排气系统上的隔热罩为例,论述了在设计开发模具的前期,运用三维建模软件UG以及钣金CAE分析软件DYNAFORM,从理论上预测隔热罩的成形结果并优化冲压工艺以及计算隔热罩的坯料尺寸。在保证隔热罩成形质量的前提下,缩短隔热罩开发周期以及降低其开发成本,给后期模具的设计开发提供一定的指导意义。
This paper uses a heat shield of passenger vehicle exhaust system as an example. Predicting the forming results, optimizing the stamping process and calculating the blank size of the heat shield by using 3D modeling software UG & sheet metal forming analysis software DYNAFORM were discussed in theory; Before designing the die. Shortening the development cycle and reducing the cost ,under the premise of ensuring the forming quality of the heat shield; Providing some guidances for the die design in the future.
