摘要
以凸轮轴锻模设计与应用为研究对象,设计了在1副锻模中锻造成形2种进气、排气凸轮轴的高紧凑锻模,改变了原进气、排气凸轮轴需要设计和制造2副独立锻模的不利因素,扩大了锻模使用功能,降低了锻模制造与使用成本(降低锻模制造费50%),提高了锻造效率(减少锻模安装次数1次),提高了锻模使用寿命高(由原使用寿命5,000件/副提高到7,000件/副),提高了锻件合格品率(由原合格品率不足95%提高到现在的98%以上)。
