摘要
在国家大力推进公共交通优先发展和先后37个城市成为"公交都市建设示范工程创建城市"的背景下,如何客观科学地对创建城市进行验收考核评价引发众多学者思考研究。在此背景下,文章建立"公交都市"考核评价空间距离模型,将各项指标反映到空间距离模型中,判断该城市是否达到"公交都市"标准;并反映出其在布局规划及设施设备、运营管理、乘客服务三个层面的现有公交水平。最后,应用到假设城市以验证该方法的有效性。
Priority to the development of public transport and promote green transport, is the global trend of traffic development. There, have been 37 cities to be carrying out the "transit metropolis construction demonstration project". How to objectively and scientifically evaluate the achievements of "transit metropolis" led many scholars to think and study. In this paper, we establish the spatial distance model of "transit metropolis". In tiffs model, the evaluation results of all aspects are displayed vividly to determine whether the city to achieve "transit metropolis" standard. A ease study based on fnur supposed cities conffirms that the method and model is effective.
