针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Research on the influence of clinical efficacy for treating patients with lumbar disc prolapsed with acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation

目的观察用针灸联合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效分析。方法选取收治的130例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组患者各65例;对照组患者给予康复训练,观察组患者则加用针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组的优良率为92.3%,显著高于对照组的优良率75.4%,经治疗后其VAS、ODI评分、血清炎性细胞因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,而腰椎功能JOA评分则显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效肯定,其机制与调控血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平密切相关。

Objective To investigate the influence of clinical efficacy for treating patients with lumbar disc prolapsed with acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation .Methods 130 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 65 cases and an observation group of 65 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training; while patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. We compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The efficiency of 92.3% for patients in the observation group was higher than the control group of 75.4%;The VAS scores, ODI scores, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF- a of the observation group were lower than the control group, while the JOA scores were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The therapy has good efficiency, the mechanism maybe related to regulating of serum inflammatory cytokines of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF- α.
