中西医结合诊治子宫瘢痕处妊娠的临床研究

Clinical study on the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的探究中西医结合诊断子宫瘢痕处妊娠的临床效果,并总结治疗经验。方法采用中西医结合的方法,对2011年9月~2016年10月收治的90例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者进行诊治,用随机数字表法平均分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组用中西医结合的方法进行治疗调理,对照组用传统方法治疗。总结子宫瘢痕处妊娠的诊断经验,观察治疗效果并总结有效治疗方法。结果治疗组治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者症状好转时间短于对照组患者,且治疗组采取手术治疗的患者较对照组少。结论采用中西医结合的方法能够对子宫瘢痕处妊娠进行全面的诊治,可以有效缓解症状,快速止血,减轻腹痛,降低手术率,效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in diagnosis of uterine scar and summarize the experience of treatment. Methods 90 cases of uterine scar pregnancy in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2016 were diagnosed and treated by the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the control group was treated by traditional medicine. To summarize the diagnosis experience of pregnancy at uterine scar, observe the curative effect and summarize the effective treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group, the effective rate was 75.56%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ： the analysis found that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the treatment group was treated with surgery than the control group. Conclusion The method of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can he used for a comprehensive diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy, can effectively alleviate the symptoms, quickly stop bleeding, reduce abdominal pain, reduce the operation rate, the effect is obvious, it is worth in clinical promotion.
