糖尿病下肢血管病变经彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床效果研究

Clinical study of diagnosis of diabetic lower limb vascular lesions by color Doppler ultrasonography

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年12月收治的100例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者作为观察组,100例健康志愿者作为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,比较两组的下肢动脉血管病变情况以及动脉血流动力学参数。结果观察组患者的下肢动脉血管病变的发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者动脉血管内径小于对照组,血流量明显低于对照组,频谱宽度比对照组增宽,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用彩色多普勒超声技术有利于糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的诊断及预防。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods From March 2015 to December 2016, 100 patients with diabetic lower limb veascular disease were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy volunteers as the control group. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to diagnose the lower extremity arterial disease As well as arterial hemodynamic parameters. Results The incidence of lower extremity arterial blood vessels in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group Compared with the control group, the blood flow was significantly lower than that of the control group. The width of the spectrum was wider than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is helpful for the diagnosis and prevention of lower limb vascular disease in diabetic patients.
