摘要
概述了紫外线的种类及其对人体的影响;综述了防晒剂的分类和作用机理,介绍了防晒剂的评价指标和方法,并分析了防晒剂的发展趋势;提出了通过合理修饰改造蛋白质分子,研制安全、高效的新型防晒剂的设想.
Solar ultraviolet ( UV) radiation had positive and negative effects on the human body. It was essential for biosynthesis of vitamin D in vivo, but revulsive to skin tanning, sunburn and even skin diseases. Sunscreen agents were the major functional components to protect skin. With increasing concerns on UV protection, sunscreen agents had been the focus of researchers and consumers. The UV's harmful effects on skin, classification of sunscreen agents, mechanisms to block UV from skin, evaluation methods and development trend of sunscreens were reviewed. Approach of developing new sunscreen agents by rational modifications with protein molecule was also proposed.
