人力资源管理配置在各大小企业中有着举足轻重的地位,它虽凸显出自身的成就效益,但依旧存在一些问题和需要改进的地方。论文将针对企业人力资源管理配置目前存在的问题进行探讨分析,就如何对企业人力资源管理进行合理的、有效的配置提出相应对策。
